Handling process
When opening a bank account, all directors of the company must personally go to the bank to sign the relevant account opening documents and bring all the information required for opening an account. After the bank completes all the relevant account opening procedures, the bank will submit the company's information to the head office for examination and approval. The examination and approval time is about 1-2 weeks. After the bank approves the company, it will give the account, At the same time, send the account password and other letters to you according to the address you provided. Precautions after opening an account
1. Keep the bank's monthly statement, water bill and various expenditure bills of the company for future use;
2. The time for bank book search is generally one to two weeks, which is different for each bank;
3. From the date of notification, the account can start operation. If the account cannot be started within one month, the account will be automatically cancelled;
4. If you want to open a private account, you need to bring the original ID card or passport, address certificate and pre deposit HK $10000;
5. All companies that change shareholders, change the company name and increase the registered capital must submit the minutes of the meeting and the documents signed by the accountant to the bank (if there is a signature seal in the bank, the signature seal after changing the company name shall also be submitted to the bank); Companies with more than one year must submit annual reports, minutes of meetings and documents signed by accountants to the bank.
